Meg and Corey started building and renovating homes together in 2007 while attending TCU (Go Frogs!). Their passion for creating amazing homes has only grown with time. They love the challenge of coming up with new efficient and innovative construction methods. This passion led them to embrace the Design-Build process. The result is a comprehensive design generated from their keen attention to detail.

Owner and Production team leader, Corey manages multiple teams of hand-picked artisans and subcontractors to ensure quality and craftsmanship in every aspect of your project. His kind and compassionate nature inspires loyalty and respect in the production team.  

Corey is a patient outdoorsman, he naturally handles every situation with calm confidence. His vast hands-on experience allows him to find innovative production methods for keeping projects timely.

Meg Waldrop

Owner and Design Team leader. Meg’s passion for unique, creative and functional design shines in every project. Her analytical nature allows her to see all sides of a project, not only the surface finishes but long-term goals, lifestyle, value and durability in every scenario. As a mom of 2 girls, Meg approaches design from a mother’s perspective, with a strong focus on efficiency and practical solutions for everyday living.

Meg is licensed Realtor, since 2010, and uses her background in investment Real Estate to keep an eye on value and ROI(Return-On-Investment). Her Artistic nature shows in the end product, with breathtaking spaces that allow the customer’s true style to shine.
